The event “A Tribute to Euan MacDonald: Celebrating the Euan MacDonald Centre and Euan’s Legacy” brought together the MND research community, clinicians, families and supporters to reflect on the remarkable influence of Euan MacDonald and the progress made through the centre he helped inspire. The programme combined scientific updates with personal contributions that highlighted the breadth of his legacy and the ongoing commitment to improving the lives of people affected by MND. Prof. Sabine Liebscher, Director of the Institute of Systems Neuroscience at the Medical University of Innsbruck, was invited as a Keynote Speaker and shared her insights on circumechanisms involved in ALS.
