FENS Forum 2026 brought together neuroscientists, researchers, and students from around the world in Barcelona to explore the latest advances in neuroscience, exchange ideas, and connect with colleagues from across the field. With a diverse programme of scientific sessions, inspiring talks, and networking opportunities, the forum provided a valuable platform for scientific exchange, collaboration, and discussion. Members of our team also participated in the FENS Forum, including our postdoctoral researcher Dr. rer. nat. Alessa Adriana Franz, who had the opportunity to share her research, “Hippocampal CA2 Regulates Brain-Wide Activity and Functional Connectivity,” in the Sponsored and Open Theatre Sessions.
